- INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the EHRM Cerner Admin Space Construction Support project at the John Cochran VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 915 N Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106. ADMINISTRATIVE: The pre-solicitation issued under 36C77621Q0342, was issued under the incorrect solicitation number. The solicitation will be issued under 36C77621B0015. The expected release is early July 2021. This will not change the intent of the pre-solicitation notice or increase the fifteen (15) day posting requirement from the original posting. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to: alexandra.razzano@va.gov.
