Description

The purpose of this Solicitation�N0017421R0007�is to solicit the requirement for the procurement of N-5, Class-2 Carpet Roll Propellant. The proposed contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) acquisition. The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation using the Source Selection Procedures without holding discussions. The source selection process will�be based on the Best Value, as outlined in Sections L&M of this solicitation. The intended contract will be a single award consisting of a base year and four (4) option years, if found to be in the best interest of the Government. The proposed Contractor(s) shall review this solicitation and all attachments, and submit a full proposal to the Government NLT 3:00PM EDT on 23-SEP-2021.
