- THIS NOTICE IS PREPARED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, prepared in accordance with FAR 5.3 Synopsis of Contract Awards. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Construction/A&E Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 has issued a Sole Source Contract for Architect-Engineer Construction Management Services for the Hanalei River Intake Emergency Repair Project at Hanalei NWR to KPFF, Inc. of Seattle, WA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The total amount of this award is $97,475.00, and the contract number is 140F0321C0008. The justification is attached to this notice in accordance with FAR 6.305.
