- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to IDSC Holdings LLC located 2801 80th St., Kenosha, Wisconsin 53143. Exclusive Licensing Agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� This requirement is for direct replacement parts for an LNA Laser Technology laser etcher machine currently located aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, NC.
