- This Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) authorizes and approves the issuance of a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order for the installation of trailered, government-owned Baldor TS-130 (130 KW) standby generator at the Jacksonville, FL Special Response Team (SRT) facility to two existing 200 amp, 3-phase electrical services. This property will also be utilized by ESF #13 for equipment staging and logistics operations.
