TITLE: Outreach to Industry for Digital Forensics Vendor Opportunity GOAL: To notify the digital forensics industry of a vendor opportunity to reach state/local/federal law enforcement. ABOUT THE EVENT: The National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) will be hosting a Ransomware Exercise and Investigative Response Event October 11 � 15th in Hoover, Alabama. �The National Computer Forensics Institute is hosting a Ransomware Exercise and Investigative Response Event at the Finley Center in Hoover, Alabama.� The target audience is law enforcement cyber investigators / task force technical responders, as well as, any federal incident responders available to participate.� Approximately 300+ students (state/local/federal law enforcement) will be invited to attend the event from across the nation.� The Finley Center has an area dedicated for paid vendor booths.� EVENT DATES: The event will open at 0800 hours on Monday, October 11th and close out at 1200 hours on Friday, October 15th.� CONTACT: The Finley Center point of contact for pricing and logistics information is: Mike Pepper, Events Manager michael.pepper@hooveralabama.gov (205) 739-7364
