Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice to provide professional network administration and related services to the Women's Health Sciences Division and Behavioral Sciences Division, National Center for PTSD user community and local area network to Boston VA Healthcare System located at 940 Belmont Street, Boston, MA, 02301. Services to include trouble shooting and eliminating existing problems on WHSD and BSD local area network. Administration of system to maintain functionality. Addition of new and enhanced functionalities at WHSD/BSD/VHA as warranted. Analyzation of network for vulnerabilities and suggestion of appropriate course of action based upon analysis. Documentation of network to air future development and trouble shooting. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order. The base year service schedule is October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. Four (4) option periods of one year each to be included. The overall goal is to o provide professional network administration and related services to the Women's Health Sciences Division and Behavioral Sciences Division, National Center for PTSD. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set aside to SDVOSBs. The applicable NAICS code is 541512 and $27,500 million is the size standard. The FSC/PSC is DA01. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
