- Description
- The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking the inspection, repair, and maintenance of 12 AVTEC Scout consoles to be upgraded from hardware media workstations to software media workstations using the existing AVTEC Infrastructure in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;�quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D3CF1132AW01 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements.� Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM EST,�20�September 2021.
