All quotes are due August 31, 2021 @ 1:00 PM Mountain Time.� Only electronic quotes will be accepted.� Email quotes to christine.m.hansen@usda.gov The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (FS) R4 Intermountain Regional Office in Ogden, Utah requires the design and installation of equipment for a 42� x 40.5� conference room, to accommodate contemporary video and audio equipment for web conferencing meetings.� The USDA Forest Service has migrated to MS Teams as its primary video and audio collaboration platform. This project is located in Weber County, Utah At a minimum, offerors shall submit the following as separate documents: Completed Schedule of Items Exhibit #1- Exhibit #2- Technical Capability Narrative: Key Personnel Approach to managing and monitoring this project Subcontractor (if applicable) roles & responsibilities Equipment Experience: Written narrative of previous, similar contracts Written narrative of subcontractor (if applicable) of previous, similar contracts Past Performance: Recency of present/past performance in relation to this effort Relevancy of present/past performance in relation to this effort This opportunity is 100% Small Business Set Aside.� All responsible vendors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management www.SAM.gov database BEFORE submitting a quote for this opportunity.
