Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and the procedures of FAR 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a written a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number is N4019221Q4894. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 and the small business size standard is $12.0. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas, Contracting Office requests a quote for the following Line Item: ITEM/ DESCRIPTION/ QUANTITY/ UNIT OF ISSUE: 0001: Confined Space and Rope Rescue Training Course. 1/LOT. See attachment 1 Statement of Work for more description. The requirements must be met as stated in attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW). FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items (Oct 2018), applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation�Commercial Items. (Oct 2014), applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offerors: Technical: Acceptability of the service offered to meet the Government requirement: Technical capability is defined as meeting the requirements in the SOW. Price: Offerors will be listed in ascending order by price (low to high). The price evaluation will document the reasonableness and completeness of the total evaluated price.
