- Amendment 0002 updates Solicitation Section L and Specification Section 01 35 26 to revise the Key Personnel requirement from a minimum of two persons to a �minimum of one person and to state that the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) may also serve as the Quality Control Manager and the �Superintendent.� Response date is not extended. Amendment 0001 lists 30 Jul 2021 Wage Determination in Section J as Attachment J-1.�(Attachment J-1 previously provided in this Contract Opportunity on 2 Aug 2021). Amendment 0001 provides new Section K - Representations (see amended RFQ). Amendment 0001 updates Section L Instructions to provide for two key personnel (to align with Specification Division 01 requirements)�(see amended RFQ). Amendment 0001 provides updated mask guidance (28 Jul 2021) as Attachment J-8; renumbers previous Attachments J-8 and J-9 as J-9 and J-10. Construction � B1170 Breakroom Renovation. Latest Wage Determination is Mod 6 dated 30 Jul 2021 and is attached as Attachment J-1�to this Contract Opportunity. Scope of work includes: Removal of existing cabinets Removal of HVAC registers Removal of ceiling grid and lights Existing asbestos containing floor tiles to be removed. Paint walls. Partition wall to enclose existing phone cabinet. Wall for cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical work. Cabinetry�with counter top and sink. 2�x2� ceiling grid and tiles. 2�x2� LED lights using existing circuits. HVAC modifications including new registers. Door, frame and hardware at newly created telephone room.
