Description

This project will consist of a base bid for road reconditioning, surfacing, compacting aggregate material and cleaning, repairing and replacement of culverts. The project will begin at the intersection of FSR 708 and AZ-260 and proceed south for 6.5 miles to mile point 6.5. The reconditioning of the road surface must be approved by the COR in writing prior to placement of the surfacing material. The contractor shall be responsible to obtain all permits as required by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the contractor�s methods of operation(s). In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction magnitude of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 to $600,000.00.
