Description

The purpose of this procurement is to replace old garage door opener operator assemblies. A full description of the requirement can be found below in Part 2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This requirement is a small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 238290 � Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR 12 and FAR 13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
