Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The IRS intends to issue a sole source contract to Progressive Technologies, Inc. for ACS SBSE Standup Project for MEM020 Campus � Phase 4. This service is a part of an on-going Telecom Memphis � Phase 4 project. This source has been found to provide the relevance of content and in-depth knowledge of the on-going project. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than August 25, 2021 by 5:00 PM, Eastern Time FAR 6.302-1 � Only one responsible source; or brand name specification. The service cannot be provided by other vendors, at this time, as the vendor is currently providing services under the Telecom Memphis � Phase 4 project. Awarding a sole source will eliminate a break in the project schedule as Progressive Technologies, Inc. is currently on site, providing same/similar services.
