Description

NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source - Plating Frames; Three (3) polycarbonate electroforming plate jig for nickel printing plates, contact on back side, type C1, standard size (Intaglio color 8) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Anticipated Period of Performance reads as follows: September 16, 2021- December 16, 2021. See attached draft statement of work for additional details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 5:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2021. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
