- Description
- The Department of Education is�interested in ensuring our employees receive cross-agency exposure for them to learn best practices used across the federal government. This can be accomplished by selecting a program that targets federal government employees, like the EPP. Additionally, the specialized curriculum of the EPP (developmental assignments, SES shadowing assignments, executive interviews, action learning plan, year-long mentor, learning development plan, etc.) will meet our leadership development training needs and maximize the learning opportunities for our employees.�
