- Description
- Tyndall AFB has identified a site available for�a lease.� The site is approximately 150 acres of land currently used for industrial waste treatment lagoons.� The site may continue to be used as-is for industrial waste treatment, or another function as approved by the Lessor. Pre-requisites for the lease, the Lessee will be required to complete a survey for legal description, an appraisal of the fair market value of the land and an Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS).� The Lessee will pay annual rent as determined by the appraisal. The Lessee will be responsible for the security and safety of the site, as well as any improvements, structures, utilities, equipment, fencing, etc. associated with the lease.
