CLASSIFICATION CODE: Category D - IT and Telecom - Information Technology and Telecommunications DG01 IT and Telecom - Network Support Services NAICS CODE: 5173 - Wired and Wireless Telecommunications Carriers 517312 - Wireless Telecommunications Carriers PLACE OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE: American Embassy ������������ Kilo 10, Block 088 Soba Khartoum, Sudan DESCRIPTION: (Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The U.S. Embassy Khartoum, Sudan has a requirement for a firm to provide Mobile Phone services. These services are required to provide mobile cell phone and data solutions. Services required include but are not limited to voice, data, and roaming service for Sudan and worldwide. Network SIM and devices. The anticipated performance period is for one (01) base year, with three ( 03) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. �At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting its proposal: All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the service Be able to understand written and spoken English. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing. Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work. Have all licenses and permits required by local Sudanese law for mobile cell phone services. Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); www.sam.gov The solicitation will be issued via the beta.SAM.gov website and at the Embassy public website.�� No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing from the beta.SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.SAM.gov website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation � �All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.�Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
