- 24Aug2021 UPDATE:� Amendment 001 issued�to make changes to the Statement of Work.� See attached W912MM21Q0030001 The South Dakota National GUard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event in Sioux Falls, SD 6-7 November 2021.� Childcare services, meeting, vendor and childcare space, audio/visual (A/V) equipment and food/beverages will be secrured by the selected offeror with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon POC.� Saturday will have 235 Adults, 40 Youth and 35 Children.� Sunday will have 100 Adults, 50 Youth and 50 Children. This will be a 100% total small busines set-aside and award will be Firm Fixed Price Contract.� All offerors MUST have an ACTIVE SAM registration prior to submission of quotations. Solicitation will be posted within seven days of this presolicitation notice. Questions may be submitted to douglas.w.harding.mil@mail.mil no later than 1 September 2021.
