AMENDMENT 0001 includes: Bid Schedule CLIN A008 quantity update Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee changed to full text Attachment 1 - Specifications updates (Sections 00 08 00 and 33 27 15) Attachment 3 - Questions & Answers Attachment 4 - Site Visit Attendees Attachment 5 - IDOT Permit Please see all attachments for full details of the Solicitation and the Amendment. WOOD RIVER RELIEF WELLS The work consists of construction of adding 24 relief wells from STA 152+00 - 188+50. Nine relief wells are being added between STA 180+00 � 186+00, with 2 of these wells being modified to T-Type wells. Four relief wells are being added between STA 154+00 � 156+00, and 11 relief wells are being added between STA 156+00 � 161+00. Work includes relief well construction, concrete work, below grade precast concrete, clearing, grubbing and stripping, geotextile, stone protection, care of water, and establishment of turf. SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL DETAILS OF THE PROJECT AND�PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Site Visit is scheduled, see Solicitation Clause 52.236-27 for details.
