- This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 5.203(a). �The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC- Fort Buchanan has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C321B0002 for Renovations Cabana Softball Field at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The IFB will be issued on or about 5 August 2021. The IFB is issued as 100% set-aside for HUBZone certified small business.� All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.� Hard copies of the IFB will not be available.� All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/search for status of IFB and amendments, if any.� Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the bid.� Failure to submit amendments with the bid may render the bid not eligible for further consideration for award.� Bidders that are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
