- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is solicited and will be awarded IAW FAR Part 13. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 and DFARS change notice dated 07/09/2021. This is a requirement for a powder coat oven for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) 502nd Trainer Development Squadron (TDS), located JBSA-Randolph, Texas. The vendor shall respond to this RFQ by: 31 August 2021; 10:00am CST via email to Contract Administrator: Teresa Calavera, email teresa.calavera@us.af.mil, and Contracting Officer:Jason Wilburn, email jason.wilburn.2@us.af.mil . Late submission will be treated IAW FAR 52.212-1(f). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s):�Funds�are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until�funds�are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition is 100% Set-Aside to Small Business concerns, utilizing NAICS 333994 � Industrial Process Furnace and Oven Manufacturing, Business Size Standard, 500 Employees. CLIN 0001�Provide, deliver, and install a powder coat oven and required accessories. Perform rigging requirements for installation, including electrical, air and ducting lines. Provide operator and maintenance training. Test and calibrate the powder coat and perform temperature testing IAW the Statement of Need (Attach 1)�dated 19 May 2021. Questions/Concerns.
