Description

**Please find the updated Q&A (Amendment 0001) in the Attachments/Links** **Please find the updated Salient Characteristics (Amendment 0001)�and Q&A in the Attachments/Links** The Naval Research Laboratory�s EO/IR Measurements and Simulation Section, Code 5757, has a requirement for the procurement of a High Angle Infrared Signature Measurement System consisting of many subsystems to include the Mount, Gimbal, MWIR Camera, Laser Range Finder (LRF), Visible Camera, Calibration Blackbody, Inertial Navigation System (INS), and Data Acquisition Laptop for the purpose of which is to mount to the exterior of common helicopter platforms. In addition, to meet the needs of Code 5757, it is important that this requirement include a MWIR Radiometric Camera from FLIR Systems, Inc. and a high temperature, extended area, Calibration Blackbody from Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc, both of which are supported by the attached brand name justifications. For additional details on the submission of quotes and specifications, please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N00173-21-Q-CM02�and Attachment 1 � Salient Characteristics, which is issued in accordance with FAR Subparts 13.5 and 12.6.
