Description: (i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Notice of Intent to Sole Source- The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is National Instruments Corporation. DUNS: 070487657 CAGE Code: 64667. CLIN 0002 - Two (2) PXI Express (PXIe) Chasses. � �� (vi) �Description of requirements: The Government requires One (1) Vector Signal Analyzer (VSA) Module and Two (2) PXI Express (PXIe) Chasses with the minimum salient characteristics/specifications specified below: The PXI module shall have: a minimum instantaneous bandwidth (IBW) of 765 MHz a minimum third order intercept of +25 dBm a minimum memory size of 2 GB a minimum radio frequency (RF) Analyzer frequency range of 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz a maximum average noise level of -166 dBm/Hz The chasses shall: Have one (1) high speed storage module capable of 4 TB at a speed of 5 GB/s Have 18 PXIe slots Have a minimum system bandwidth of 24 GB/s Have a minimum slot cooling capacity of 82 W Have a built-in oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) Accept PXI Express modules in every slot and support standard PXI hybrid-compatible modules in up to five slots Include a power supply of a minimum of 1200 W Include a front and rear rack mount kit Include a customer support service program for at least 3 years Include a 2 Channel NI PXIe multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) Kit Include a Measurement eXtensions for Instrumentation (MXI)-Express for PXI Express, 1 Port Include a MXI-Express Cable of length 3 m Include a x8 Gen 3 MXI-Express DaisyChain Interface Be capable of tightly synchronizing multiple radio frequency (RF) channels in time, frequency, and phase � �� (vii) Delivery is required within twenty (20) business days After Receipt of Order (ARO).� �Delivery shall be made to Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), 2800 Powder Mill Road, Building 102, Adelphi, MD 20783.
