- COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), ID, 83648 Chapel Pew & Kneeler Reupholstering In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHEMENTS***A copy of this Solicitation is ATTACHED.� Please reference attachments for proper formatting. This solicitation, Chapel Reupholstering, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular in effect at time of posting this notice.� This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
