- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with, FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed vendor is Cardinal Health LLC, located at: 7000 Cardinal Health Place, Dublin, OH 43017, United States. Only one award will be made as a result of this synopsis. The Naval Hospital Jacksonville has a current contract for radiopharmaceuticals and supplies that is expiring on 30 September 2021 and requires a new contract. The radiopharmaceuticals and supplies need to be delivered on an as needed basis to the Nuclear Medicine department. Contractor support shall be provided for a one (1) year period of performance spanning 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2022, including four subsequent option years ***Please see attachment***
