- The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to EX Libris (USA) INC. for annual subscription of a library database and research products that are exclusive to this vendor at the Coast Guard Academy library for its Academic 2022 school year. EX Libris (USA) INC online subscription collection is used by library staff, cadet corps, and its patrons. This annual subscription software is proprietarily sold and not available through other resellers.
