Description

Additional Guidance for proposal submission via�the NIH Secure Email and File Transfer (SEFT) Service. Offerors must submit proposals via SEFT in accordance with RFP section L.3.1. NITAAC will only evaluate the latest submission provided via SEFT messages that are sent 8/23/2021 or later. All prior submissions through SEFT will be deleted and not evaluated. Proposals submitted outside of SEFT will not be accepted. Section L.5.1 paragraph xiii requires acknowledgement of all amendments by submitting a copy of the SF 30 for each amendment to the solicitation. Offerors may choose to include acknowledgement of Amendment 0011 in either Volume 1 Section 1 � Administrative Information or as a separate standalone document within the zip file that is submitted in response to the RFP. All other amendment acknowledgements must be included in Volume 1. If offerors have no changes beyond a minor clerical modification of the date from August 20, 2021 to August 27, 2021 and acknowledging amendment 0011, then it is acceptable for offerors to utilize their submission intended for August 20, 2021 and simply include acknowledgement of amendment 0011 as indicated above.
