- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number 12FPC321Q0092 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized.� The Government anticipates the award of two (2) firm fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts resulting from this solicitation.� Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.� The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide cultural resource survey and report writing services in accordance with the performance work statement and wage determinations attached and hereby made a part of in this solicitation. The performance period for this award is estimated to be October 1, 2021 � September 30, 2026.� Place of performance will be throughout the state of Arizona and occasionally within western New Mexico, according to the attached performance work statement. Please see attached RFQ package for full details. Any and all questions must be submitted in writing to Amy Smith (amy.smith2@usda.gov) no later than 5:00pm ET, August 31, 2021.
