AWARD RESTRICTIONS: This procurement is offered for competition limited to Small Business concerns under Federal Supply Schedule Contract/MAS under 561210FS. SITE VISIT:� Site visits are not expected/anticipated, but if desired, instructions will be posted in solicitation. INSURANCE:� Proof of Insurance will be required at award. SECURITY:� Before employees are allowed to work on this project site, all personnel are required to pass a security clearance (HSPD12).� Procedures/Forms will be provided to the successful offeror after award. ELIGIBLE OFFERORS:� All responsible Small Business firms under Federal Supply Schedule Contract/MAS under 561210FS may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
