Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-21-Q-B073 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; Effective 12 July 2021. This is a set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase and delivery of Brand Name eLearning Brothers Course Mill subscription for 1,001 to 5,000 registered users in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
