Description

Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to issue a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) on the basis of other than full and open competition to Raytheon �Intelligence and Space in Indianapolis, IN. This effort is for Raytheon Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE) Electronic Publishing System (EPS) and Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) content management. �This is a full service maintenance and customer service support contract for EAGLE EPS and LSAR S1000D publishing software in support of production, editing, conversion, maintenance and publishing NAVAIR Technical Manuals supporting the Fleet, Fleet Readiness Center and other maintenance activities. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. �Raytheon Company is the sole manufacturer and provider of EAGLE EPS and LSAR which is the only product that can meet the requirements.�
