- DLA Mechanicsburg will be soliciting a small business set aside requirement for the following item: Name: Nonvehicular Positive Clutch NSN: 3010-01-266-6858 Part Number: SL14726 Quantity: 5 Ship to: W25G1U The current sole source supplier of this item is SSS Clutch Co, Inc., Cage Code 5S759. If you are interested in becoming a supplier of this item, a source approval request (SAR) must be submitted and approved by the in-site engineering authority (ISEA) prior to supplier approval.� All parties (with the exception of the OEM) must submit traceability documentation back to the OEM in accordance with local clauses DLATERMHZ01 C03 Contractor Retention of Supply Chain Traceability and DLATERMHZ03 L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items.� Offers submitted without the required traceability documentation will be considered non-responsive and will be ineligible for award.� FOB, Source inspection and acceptance is required.
