Description

NASA/JSC is issuing the Mission Enabling Services Contract (MESC) Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This acquisition is a partial small business set aside. The NAICS code and Size Standard is 541512 and $30M, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The MESC Preproposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CDT.� Preproposal information can be found at: https://sam.gov/opp/be61e965b60c49b4bc60e6ad2bfdcdaa/view NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
