Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source � Greeneville Plate Services LLC THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Anticipated Period of Performance: three twelve (12) month�ordering periods. See attached statement of work for additional details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 1:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, SEPTEMBER 9, 2021. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
