W91278-21-L-0027 FSC: 5820 NAICS: 517919 FBO Special Notice � Sole Source Subject: Provide an 800 MHz Radio System that supplies coverage for all project lands at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Allatoona Lake and Dam Project Georgia. Description: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Cobb County Sheriff's Department, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source. USACE Mobile District has a requirement for 800 MHz Radio Services at�Allatoona Lake and Dam Project, Cartersville, Georgia. USACE Mobile intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 800 MHz Radio Services, which are available from the Cobb County Sheriff�s Office. USACE Mobile District, has determined that the Cobb County Sheriff's Department is the primary law enforcement agency within Cartersville, Georgia. They are the only source available that would be able to provide 800 MHz Radio Services that supplies coverage for all project lands at Allatoona Lake and Dam Projects in Cartersville, Georgia. It is anticipated that a Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The NAICS code is 517919, the small business standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenues does not exceed $35M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement; however, this notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals.� All capability statements received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government and considered.� The notice publication date is 26 August 2021, and the deadline date is 10 September 2021.� However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
