- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Acquisitions Operations Branch (AOB) seeks to award a sole source award to EasyPower LLC, 15862 SW 72nd Ave STE 100, Portland, Oregon 97224-8055. The C-PN Regional Office Power O&M group requires power system software to perform many mission critical activities. The activities include arc flash studies for safety of people and equipment, and protective coordination studies to ensure protective electrical elements are properly selected and sized for the system. The period of performance is October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 and the size standard is $41,500,000.00 in revenue. The Government intends to solicit directly with EasyPower LLC. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. Ability to engage ALL listed capabilities is required to be considered capable. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to bsena@usbr.gov. If no responsive statements are received by August 30, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET, an award will be made to EasyPower LLC.
