- Description
- The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Service Directorate on behalf of the Offfice of the Chief Information Office, Hosting Services Branch intends to award a sole source to Treehouse Software, 2605 Nicholson Rd Ste 230, Sewickley, PA 15143-1554 to renew Treehouse Software maintenance. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) ""for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold"". The acquisition will be a sole source as Treehouse Software Inc. Treehouse Software is the only source known to the Government that sells the N2O, Auditre, and tRelational/DPS software products and maintenance. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed priced contract with a 12-month base period and four (4) 1-year option periods. The period of performance will be from 10/01/2021 to 09/30/2026. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
