Description: **NOTICE** THIS NOTICE APPLIES TO ONLY HHS-OIG CONTRACTORS� In accordance with Executive Order 13991, Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing, and guidance issued by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service, HHS OIG is implementing the following COVID-19 vaccination protocols for all contractors working onsite in Federal buildings.� Beginning on Friday, September 3, 2021, HHS OIG contractors will be required to attest to their COVID-19 vaccination status using the attached Certification of Vaccination form when accessing HHS OIG facilities.
