Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W50S94-21-Q-0011 Description of Services: Local Area Telecommunications Services for Rhode Island National Guard Place of Performance: Quonset ANGB, North Kingstown RI and 282d CBCS North Smithfield RI.� This requirement is for local exchange telephone service, which simply stated is basic landline dial-tone service. Specific services include Direct inward Dial (DID) Numbers, Commercial Subscriber Lines and Features, Basic Rate Interface (BRI) and/or Primary Rate Interface (PRI), Hot Lines, Local Exchange Access Analog or Digital Trunks, Foreign Exchange Lines, Analog or Digital Trunks, Data Point-to-Point Circuits,Circuit Extensions, Transport Channels and Diversity. Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items� and 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures� (SAP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. (iv) Services shall be provided IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). (v) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base period of performance of one year, four one-year option periods, and an optional six month extension period. (vi) A site visit is scheduled for Quonset ANGB, RI on Thursday, 2 September 2021 at 10:00am EST. If a vendor would like to request a site visit, please contact the Primary POC listed below by Monday, 30 August 2021 3:00pm EST. (vii) Offerors shall submit all questions relating to the solicitation to both POCs listed below. The questions shall be submitted only on the Attach Q&A Spreadsheet. Questions about this RFQ shall be received NLT Thursday, 9 September 2021 at 3:00pm EST. The Government may not provide a response to questions received after the above dates. Offerors are not to contact any other Government POC with questions or inquiries about this acquisition. They must simply provide a statement confirming registration in SAM.
