- Description
- 8/26/2021 - Amendment 001: Updates to the Objectives, due datefor bids extended The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to further develop a global trade analysis project (GTAP) model. Labor supply elasticities are one of the important parameters that characterize how workers respond to changes in wages, including changes caused by trade or trade policy. Many models hold labor supply fixed, which limits quantitative analysis on employment or hours worked (together, these determine labor supply elasticities). Labor elasticities can be calculated for different groups of workerscertain characteristics are associated with workers who are more or less responsive to changes in wages.
