Ft. (ABOA): 1,724 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,810 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 2,185 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved Parking Spaces (Gated): Non-Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Full Term: Up to 20 Years, 10 Years initial Firm Term: 3 Years Additional Requirements: 300 SF of Secured Lighted Wareyard for ATV/UTVs Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
