This is currently patented and manufactured by Vista Outdoor Operations, LLC under United States Patent Number D884821 and is the only cartridge that meets the Joint Services' requirements. This notice is intended to satisfy the requirements in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.102(a)(1).
