Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, M68909-21-Q-7801, for commercial items prepared in accordance�with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this�notice. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with Subpart 13.5. This�announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not�be issued.� This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small buisness in accordance with FAR 13.003(c) under the North�American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and�Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees�or less. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at�www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
