- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 2 is to add new COVID-19 precautions effective August 30, 2021.� Please review the attached COVID Certification of Vaccination and COVID SPE Message for Onsite Contractors. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from August 20 to August 30. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Atlantic requires hardware upgrade of their security cameras and badging system to include quarterly system maintenance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2140-21-01661 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561621, Security Systems Services; the small business size standard is $22M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� 23 Each Cameras CLIN 2:� CCTV Upgrade CLIN 3:� Access Control Upgrade (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Installation is required no later 120 days ARO (Estimated Award Date September 3, 2021 to: NOAA Marine Operations Center - Atlantic 439 West York Street Norfolk, Virginia (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
