- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. This notice is issued by the NASA/NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) to post a Statement of Work and Additional Questions documents to solicit responses from interested parties.� This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.� Interested parties are also asked to review the �Additional Questions� attachments and provide responses to these questions as part of their submission. NASA is looking for COVID-19 testing capabilities that would allow for quick identification of employees, contractors, or visitors and their current infection status prior to entrance into a NASA facility by verifying the employee/user recent negative COVID test status. The test must have an FDA emergency use authorization for either rapid COVID viral PCR or rapid antigen tests and have the time/date of the test and result. See attached Statement of Work for additional details. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.� All comments or questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Nicolas Zogaib at nicolas.a.zogaib@nasa.gov, no later than 8/27/2021 4:00 PM CT.� When responding reference 80NSSC21RFI0095. NASA asks all submissions by interested parties be sent to Nicolas Zogaib at nicolas.a.zogaib@nasa.gov by 8/30/2021 12:00 PM CT. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html .�� It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
