Description

The Economic Research Services (ERS)�is a Federal agency within Us Department of Agriculture (USDA).� ERS provides Agricultural Economic Research and policy services that address issues at the forefront of domestic and global concerns.� ERS's Agricultural Trade Multipliers are a data prouct that provides annual estimates of the employment and output effects of trade in farm and food products on the U.S Economy. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC (c)(1), the service needed by the USDA is available from only one responsible source and no other type of service will satisfy the needs of the USDA/ERS.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.� No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.� Any firm that believes it can provide the services listed above may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determininng whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.� The Point of Contact for this action is Sabrina Brownand any responses must be emailed to Sabrina.Brown@usda.gov.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than September 10, 2021.
