- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NVANG FSS Fridge Freezer Repair � Reference RFQ# W50S8C-21-Q-0015 SOLICITATION DATE: 27 August 2021 Requesting Agency: 152 FSS, Nevada Air National Guard Purchasing Agency: 152 MSG/MSC, Nevada Air National Guard, Reno, Nevada 89502 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in�FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This�announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written�solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All�responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may�identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined�synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition�Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in�reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20210709, effective 9 July 2021, and AFARS Revision 10 August 2021. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and�Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and the applicable size standard is no�more than 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is J041 Maint/Repair/Rebuild�Of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, And Air Circulating Equipment. Evaluation of the quote will be based on price only with conforming technical approach: meaning�that the government will have reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is fully capable of�meeting the requirement of the performance work statement; award will be made to the vendor�whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Items for full evaluation information and included addendum. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: FRIDAY 10 SEPTEMBER 2021 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 5:00PM EDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the�stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be�valid for at least 60 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from�this combined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above.� Description: The 152 Force Support Squadron from the Nevada Air National Guard has a requirement to�remove and� replace 2 condensing units on the walk in cooler. The Walk in Cooler is located at the Nevada�Air National Guard Base in Reno, Nevada. The 152 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, intends�to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for these services. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted on 2 September 2021 at 01:00 P.M. PST at the NVANG Base Building 111 Dining Facility for the purposes of interested parties will be permitted to visit the site prior to the submission of quotes, and scheduling will be done in accordance with FAR 52.237-1, �Site Visit�. Due to recent updated mask guidelines from DOD and CDC for COVID-19 protocols, all personnel to include contractors at DoD installations that are in areas of substantial community transmission, to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status and to practice physical distancing guidance. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. Email the following information for all attendees on attachment Reno NVANG Base Access Personal Security Questionnaire to NVANG Security Force POC at 152.AW.Pass-ID@us.af.mil; 2LT Alex Norris, MSgt Keith Ttrimble and SMSgt David Hill at the following addresses: alex.norris@us.af.mil, keith.trimble.1@us.af.mil and david.hill.14@us.af.mil. This information must be provided in advance, 7 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base and conference site and ensure adequate seating for the conference attendees. Even if you have access to the base you must register to ensure adequate seating. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government�s denial of your access to the pre-proposal conference. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site Please see the attached PWS (Attachment 1) for full technical requirements of the repair services.�Complete the unit prices/extended amounts for all items in the attached combined synopsis solicitation. Delivery: F.O.B. Destination Services shall be completed within the 60 day period of performance.
