- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-LJE01600 issued as an invitation for bids or price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest version of Federal Acquistions Regulations.� The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621.� In particular, the US Coast Base Alameda requires the following items:� Responsible Vendors or Contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools supervision and license as required to INSTALL NEW FOUR (4) EACH VSS CAMERAS in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).� It is highly recommended to visit the actual site before submitting any bids or price quotes.� For any technical questions, base access of schedule site visit, please contact LCDR Charles England, phone # (510) 437-3175, cell # (972) 748-0232.� All parts or materias to be use or install must be identified and be approved by the technical point of contact.� All interested Vendors or Contractors must be currently registered in System for Award Management prior to award and must comply to all pertinent Federal Acquisitions regulations, all local, state and other laws and regulations deem necessary for the performance and completion of this project.� This work is under the Service Contract Act (SCA).� All bids or price quotes will be evaluated base on technical knowledge and experience, flexibility in military working environment and prices (not necessarily in that order).� Please submit all your bids or price quotes via e-mail to:� Noel.P.Profeta@uscg.mil.� Deadline for price quotes or bids submission:� 10:00 AM (local) 21 september 2021
