8/27/21 Amendment 0001 for Question/Answer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911RZ-21-Q-0032. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 /07-12-2021 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 20210709. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in support of Holistic Performance Optimization Training retreats. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 � Event and Meeting Planning Services, size standard $12,000,000.00. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside.
